Here we have the garden variety newborn female in her natural larval state. After having fed she is sated and ready to process the nourishment in a short sleep cycle. During this cycle it is not uncommon to hear rumblings similar to the adult of the species, coming from the bowels. If not attended to in a timely manner these rumblings can be the precursor to a disgusting mess that requires adult attendance to change its soft outer shell of onesie and sleeper.
